Cannabis Decriminalised
On September 18th, 2018, the Constitutional Court decriminalised the personal use of cannabis. This means adults can possess and grow cannabis at home. The Constitutional Court did not stipulate any limitation on the amount that is allowed.
It will take up to 24 months for the government to put together stipulations on the amount allowed and change over to the the new rules. In the mean time the police are left to make up their own minds, and if they feel the intention is not for personal use, arrests can be made. The personal amount allowed must be conducive to personal use.
Using cannabis in public spaces is still illegal. As well as buying and selling. This leaves the public with a lot of questions. Many are hoping that in time Cannabis will be classified as a healing herb and that it will be completely decriminalised. Only time will tell.

Can I get someone to grow for me on my behalf at their premises. I don’t have an outdoor garden or space in my house so I’d rather get someone to grow for me.
